CWP reaches 1000MW wind project O&M milestone

China Wind Power will provide operations and maintenance service to Huadeng Phase I Wind Power Project in Inner Mongolia.

CWP’s Operations and Maintenance subsidiary has signed a service contract with Mengdong Century Concord Kezuohouqi Wind Power Ltd. for operations and maintenance of the said wind power project.

So far, more than 1000MW installed capacity of wind plant operations and management is undertaken by CWP's ubsidiary, exceeding the 1015.25 MW landmark. The milestone indicates that CWP's service capability is in a new development stage.

CWP's subsidiary will keep developing operations and maintenance market and providing services to both CWP's wind farms and third-parties’ wind farms. By the end of 2010, more than 1300MW installed capacity of wind plant operations and maintenance work is expected to be undertaken by the subsidiary.
