Macau power customers educated on power facilities

CEM joined hands with Property Management Business Association Macao and General Residents Association in educating customers on power safety and maintenance.

Close to 100 members participated in the workshop that dealt about the safety of power facilities and maintenance of public electrical installations in buildings, at the Pak Vai Activities Center on 26 May 2010.

In the workshop, Companhia De Electricidade De Macau Customer Services Department Engineer Luella Wong introduced the general requirements about power supply and maintenance and management of public electrical installations to members. CEM Customer Services Department Coordinator Dragon Ho briefed participants about CEM's contractual commitment to customers and its pursuant responsibilities so that people understand the serious consequences if the power supplies facilities are jeopardised.

After the introduction, speakers showed members around the power supply facilities in the buildings so that they can inspect the maintenance of facilities and management of public electrical installations.
