Tepco to sell shares in wind power company for 20b yen
Tokyo Electric Power Co will sell its 20% stake in Eurus Energy Holdings Corp to Toyota Tsusho Corp by January.
According to a Bloomberg report, this is Tepco's first and biggest asset sale after the Fukushima disaster.
Bloomberg noted that Toyota Tsusho will then own 60% of Japan’s biggest wind-farm operator while Tepco will hold the rest.
