"There is an increasing long-term commitment to the development of infrastructure and energy production capabilities that will benefit the socio-economic growth of nations in the Asia Pacific region," added Ng. "IPS is poised and ready to leverage our proven industry expertise, advanced technology and unique industry solutions to enable better energy management and help accelerate environmental sustainability."

Themed "A Revolution in Performance," the forum features a stellar lineup of globally acclaimed industry experts who will discuss trends in the process control and automation industry, including how innovative solutions are delivering significant financial impact to the bottom line and revolutionising business performance.

Featured topics will include The Road to Asset Performance Management, which provides a new approach to plant asset performance management and how to derive real business value in today's highly competitive and cost-conscious environment; Applying Real-Time Finance to Impact Business Performance, which provides probable solutions to access the real-time financial information needed to improve operations and production; Worldwide Trends and Technological Innovation in the Power Industry, which provides an overview of the latest business and market trends, technological developments and global industry best practices that can help address major challenges in the power industry; and Increasing Power Plant Efficiency While Reducing Emissions, which provides insights on implementing the best possible control strategy, reviewing base-level control and applying advanced-model predictive control algorithms and neural networks.
