Sound Global to build sewage treatment plant in Tacheng City, China

Phase one costs up to RMB80m.

According to OSK, Sound Global has announced that it has secured a contract for a BOT project to build a sewage treatment plant in Tacheng City, Xinjiang province in China which will also be invested by Sound Global.

Phase one of the plant will have a designed sewage treatment capacity of 40,000 m3 per day and will cost up to RMB80m, with 30 years as the concession period granted to Sound Global. The construction of ancillary drainage network will adopt a “Build – Transfer” mode, with total investment of RMB60m.
