Philippines’ Citicore Energy REIT maintains payout as H1 revenue stays flat

Shareholders will receive the quarterly distribution on 7 October.

Philippines-based Citicore Energy REIT Corp. (CREIT) has declared a cash dividend of $0.00080 (PHP0.049) per share for the second quarter of 2026, maintaining its quarterly payout.

CREIT said in a statement on 12 August that the dividend represents an annualised yield of 5.6% based on its 30 June closing price of $0.057 (PHP3.50) per share. It will be payable on 7 October to stockholders on record as of 11 September.

It also reported revenue of $14.95m (PHP916m) for the first half of 2026, broadly in line with the same period last year.

“The Company’s performance was supported by built-in lease escalations across its solar land portfolio, which helped sustain strong, high-margin earnings,” CREIT said.

Its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation stood at $14.61m (PHP895m) and net income at $11.19m (PHP686m).

“Backed by a 100% portfolio occupancy and an industry-leading weighted average lease expiry of 19 years, CREIT continues to provide a durable foundation for recurring income,” the company said.

Its sponsor, Citicore Renewable Energy Corporation, reached its first gigawatt (GW) of installed capacity in 2026 and is targeting 5 GW in five years.
