The signing was held via a virtual ceremony on 9 December.
Chinese photovoltaic mounting systems provider Antaisolar and Japanese renewable energy projects developer and investor Bison Energy Group had a “cloud signing ceremony” for the 2021 global strategic cooperation agreement on 9 December.
Antaisolar President Jasmine Huang and Bison Energy President Michael Zhang “shook hands” in the virtual ceremony as well.
Prior to the cloud signing, Antaisolar has provided efficient and convenient solar mounting solutions suitable for different scales and application PV scenarios for Bison Energy.
The global strategic cooperation agreement signifies “in-depth cooperation” between the two parties, Antaisolar said in a statement.
“Relying on Bison Energy’s powerful influence in the global market and the foundation of trust established in the early stage, the two parties will start comprehensive cooperation in Australia, Japan and other markets in the future,” the firm added. “With Bison Energy’s ‘Powered by Nature’ concept, Antaisolar will help Bison expand its business territory and let clean energy benefit all mankind.”
