Dieter Billen is a Partner and heads Roland Berger's energy practice in South-East Asia. He has worked in several countries across the region and originally started at the firm's Brussels office in Belgium.
He consults on infrastructure development, with a focus on energy and utilities and especially renewables and clean fuels. He has advised investors and developers, utilities and energy players on energy transition projects across South-East Asia and is currently involved in several hydrogen projects along the hydrogen value chain.
Dieter holds a degree in economics from the University of Leuven (Belgium) and the Kiel Institute for World Economics (Germany). He also holds an Executive Degree in Public-Private Partnerships from Harvard University (USA).
