She holds a Master of Science degree in Energy & Natural Resources Management from the State University of New York in the United States. Expert in life cycles assessment of energy systems.

Alfred Gurning is a Technical Officer of ASEAN Plan of Action for Energy Cooperation (APAEC) at the ASEAN Centre for Energy. He holds a Master of Nuclear Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Master of Material Science for Nuclear Energy from Grenoble INP - Phelma. Expert in civilian nuclear energy and clean coal technology.

Ronisingh Chitana

Ronisingh Chitana is the Head of Retrofits for APAC at Sulzer, a global leader in fluid engineering. He was previously Head of Engineering, Pump Services for India. 

He is a seasoned mechanical engineer by training with more than a decade of experience in rotating equipment services and solutions, in particular for centrifugal pumps. With extensive experience in managing large-scale retrofit projects and with more than 500 mechanical and hydraulic retrofit projects under his belt, Chitana specialises in leading advanced engineering and order related engineering teams and finding appropriate retrofit solutions for energy saving solutions and re-ratings for high energy pumps in power and oil & gas segments. 

Chitana is known for his strategic approach to project management, driving innovation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. His leadership plays a crucial role in Sulzer's growth and success in the Asia-Pacific market.

Rupam Saikia

With over 15 years of leadership in the oil and gas sector, Rupam has established a reputation for driving operational excellence and market growth across complex industrial landscapes.

Currently serving as the General Manager for IGS (Integrated Global Services) India, he is responsible for spearheading the company’s expansion and establishing localised operations to serve the Indian energy market.

Rupam’s expertise lies in bridging international technical standards with local execution requirements. He is currently leading strategic efforts for major industry milestones, including large-scale coke drum repair contracts and complex turnaround services for Tier-1 energy providers.

He holds a BSc (Leeds) and MS (Caltech) in Civil Engineering, a PhD (Cantab) in Engineering Fluid Mechanics and an MBA (Imperial). He is a well-known and highly respected technology and business leader with over three decades of industry experience, more than 15 years of which has been at board level. Prior to LOC, Ahilan was EVP of the Renewables Advisory Division of DNV GL, with strategic and operational responsibility for the world’s largest technical advisory firm in renewable energy.
