GUIDELINES
1. Each nominee can nominate for a maximum of four (4) categories only.
2. Awards will be judged by esteemed industry experts based on nominations received.
3. Each nomination form is valid for 1 entry only. If you are nominating for several categories, please enter each entry separately.
4. Nomination is free of charge.
ELIGIBILITY
Any innovative initiative, project, or plant that:
- has been completed either partially or fully, within the 24 calendar months
- was completed and launched prior to the last 24 months but had recent innovations for further improvement

- Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project/initiative achieve its objectives and targets? What measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact to your company and industry?
- Dynamism - Is the strategy, project, or initiative flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

How do I nominate?
- Go to the online nomination form.
- Fill in the required details about the company and contact person for the nomination.
- Select your category.
- Provide your project title, 500-word write-up, client feedback (if any), key achievements,
- Upload entry photos and supporting documents
- Choose your winners package
After you hit the submit button, you will then receive a nomination confirmation email

Can I nominate for more than 1 category?
Yes, each company can nominate for a maximum of 4 categories.
Can I send two or more entries for one category?
Yes, you can nominate for a maximum of two entries for a category. If you are nominating several projects, please enter each entry separately
How many winners per category?
There will only be one winner per category on each country ie. "Refinery Project of the Year - Singapore", "Refinery Project of the Year - Hong Kong", etc.
Is there a cost to nominate?
Nomination is free. If your company wins, you are obliged to attend the Digital Awards Presentation & Interview and book any of the winner's package options. To know more about the winners package entitlements and pricing, please email julie@charltonmediamail.com.
Will there be an awards dinner this year?
We do understand the current situation with COVID-19. Rest assured that our priority remains that of our guest and their safety. So our team will be doing an online awards presentation and video interview through video-conferencing. Click here for samples.
Can I submit multiple projects or initiatives for one category
Due to the ongoing pandemic, the physical awards dinner will not happen this year. As an alternative, we will conduct Digital Awards Presentation and Interview via Zoom video conferencing.

When is the deadline to submit an entry?
The deadline for this year's nomination entries is on 3 October 2022, Friday.
