Kate Lazarus

Kate Lazarus is the team leader for IFC’s hydro advisory program in Asia. Since Kate joined IFC in 2012, she has been developing and managing an advisory program on environmental and social (E&S) standards for the hydropower sector in Asia including Lao PDR, Myanmar, Nepal, and Pakistan.

Kate Lazarus is the team leader for IFC’s hydro advisory program in Asia. Since Kate joined IFC in 2012, she has been developing and managing an advisory program on environmental and social (E&S) standards for the hydropower sector in Asia including Lao PDR, Myanmar, Nepal and Pakistan. Amy Luinstra is the program manager and gender advisor at East Asia Pacific International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group. She manages gender programs and advises colleagues on gender issues across East Asia and the Pacific at the International Financial Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank Group.

Kavita Gandhi

Kavita Gandhi has an extensive background in the environment and developmental sector spanning over last 20 years. She has been involved in multi-dimensional projects like United States Asia Environmental Partnership (US-AEP) and was instrumental in setting up the Clean Technology Environmental Management Centre (CTEM) in the Singapore Manufacturer’s Association. She has experience working with environmental sector startups and SMEs in her capacity as a manager of the Singapore Association for Environmental Companies (SAFECO).

Kavita was one of the key personnel involved in setting up the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore and securing a grant from SPRING Singapore to run programmes in the area of local enterprise development, market development, and training and conferences for the clean energy industry. She also represents the association in various government and non-government committees related to clean energy including discussions on the Indonesian Green Corridor. She was instrumental in developing and managing unique programmes like the SME Energy Efficiency outreach as well cleantech incubator.

Kavita has an MSc in Environmental Management from Wye College, University of London.

Keith Khoo

Keith Khoo is the Head of Marketing Power Systems Southeast Asia. A trained engineer, with a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, he has worked in product marketing and management for almost 20 years.

Kiean Khoo

Kiean Khoo is the Asia Business Head at Milestone Systems, leading strategic business growth across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea. 

With over 20 years of experience in sales, leadership and business development, Kiean has previously held key roles at Singtel and Orange Business Services, delivering results across industries such as financial services, automotive, and logistics. 

Kiean plays a pivotal role in expanding Milestone’s regional footprint amid growing demand for video surveillance-as-a-service (VSaaS), leveraging his deep expertise in telco and ICT solutions to unlock new opportunities.

Kishore Butani

Kishore Butani is the Founder of CARBONyatra in India. His specialties include carbon project aggregation, project sourcing, offset documentation and VCS/ ISO 14064 offset trading.

Kitty Bu

Passionate about accelerating change for impact-oriented results, Kitty Bu works towards catalysing system transitions to achieve net-zero economies at scale. 

She leads the Southeast Asia region at Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP),  identifying and executing opportunities to catalyse investments in critical solutions for decarbonising the region.

Drawing on her private sector experience and background in  adopting an ecosystem approach to drive net-zero transitions, Bu has made early strides at GEAPP in pioneering creative partnerships that can greatly amplify and complement GEAPP’s  own financial contributions to investments.
