Kitty Bu
Passionate about accelerating change for impact-oriented results, Kitty Bu works towards catalysing system transitions to achieve net-zero economies at scale.
She leads the Southeast Asia region at Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), identifying and executing opportunities to catalyse investments in critical solutions for decarbonising the region.
Drawing on her private sector experience and background in adopting an ecosystem approach to drive net-zero transitions, Bu has made early strides at GEAPP in pioneering creative partnerships that can greatly amplify and complement GEAPP’s own financial contributions to investments.
Kohe Hasan
Kohe Hasan is a partner at Reed Smith LLP based in Singapore. She advises on energy projects globally with a focus on emerging markets, in particular Sri Lanka and Cambodia.

Laurie Pearson is Of Counsel at Norton Rose (Asia) LLP. Laurie is a member of Norton Rose’s projects and energy group based in Singapore.
Lavan Thiru
Lavan Thiru, executive director at Infrastructure Asia, works closely with both the private and public sectors in Singapore and the broader region. His focus is on project origination and development to enable more sustainable infrastructure.
Through Infrastructure Asia’s project facilitation and development efforts, several projects in Southeast Asia have successfully advanced, with some reaching completion.
Thiru has been actively involved in various initiatives on infrastructure financing, including spending over a year at Clifford Capital, a specialist in structured finance solutions. Prior to his appointment at Infrastructure Asia in April 2021, Lavan held various leadership positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Lee Mather
Lee Mather is vice president and director of Black & Veatch’s global conventional generation power business in Asia. Based in Indonesia, Mather has more than 21 years of experience working for Black & Veatch across multiple global locations. He oversees the growth of Black & Veatch’s services, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions for power generation facilities in the region.
Lim Wen Bin
Wen Bin serves as a Director in KPMG's Deal Advisory practice. He has supported over $15 billion of power and energy transactions across Europe, Middle East and Asia, in both merchant and PPA markets, and has extensive experience leading and delivering bid advisory, due diligence, market and risk analysis, and financial and economic feasibility for power project developers and financial institutions. In Asia, his clients include Marubeni, Mitsui, YTL Power, Tokyo Gas, KEPCO, Senoko Energy, GMR Energy, Malakoff, Powertek, Meralco Powergen, Aboitiz, First Gen, Shell, PERTAMINA, and Petronas. Prior to joining KPMG Singapore, WenBin was a Managing Consultant at IPA Energy Water Economics and prior to that was a manager in Deloitte UK, corporate finance team. Liming Qiao
Liming Qiao is the Chief of Strategy, Asia at the Global Wind Energy Council. Since joining GWEC in 2008, Liming has been in various roles at the association focusing on policy and Asia-related issues.
Liming’s current focus is on wind energy policy in Asia, and she is leading GWEC’s South East Asia (SEA) Task Force, which is a working group with major industry and institutional stakeholders active in SEA to advance better policy for wind energy development in the region. She has been working closely with the wind industry to promote a better policy environment for the wind sector in China and other parts of Asia. Liming pioneered GWEC’s work in new Asian markets like Mongolia, Vietnam, and Taiwan.
Liming has been working in the field of climate and energy since 2003, with a focus on renewable energy policy and international climate policy. Before joining GWEC, she worked with international organisations on various climate-related programs and has participated in climate negotiations as an observer for many years and is familiar with the international climate policy process and carbon trading.
Lorraine Bolsinger
Lorraine Bolsinger is President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Power & Water’s Distributed Power. She joined GE in 1981 on an early career development program in marketing and sales of energy products. She held progressively larger roles in product management, sales and marketing across GE Energy, Aerospace and Aviation. In 1999, Lorraine was appointed vice president of GE Aviation Services Product Management. She proceeded to the position of vice president, Aviation Sales, and in 2003 was named Chief Marketing Officer for Aviation. In 2005 she launched GE’s ecomagination™, reducing greenhouse gases by 13% in three years. In 2008, she became president and CEO of GE Aviation Systems.
