Brad Buecker is a Process Specialist with Kiewit Power Engineers in Lenexa, Kansas, USA. He has over 32 years of experience in or affiliated with the power industry, much of it in steam generation chemistry, water treatment, air quality control, and results engineering positions with City Water, Light & Power (Springfield, Illinois, USA) and Kansas City Power & Light Company’s La Cygne, Kansas, USA station.
Bree Miechel
Bree is a partner at Reed Smith based in Singapore. She advises on energy and infrastructure projects globally with a focus on emerging markets.
Bree has lived and worked in Asia, the Middle East and Australia acting for sponsors/investors, governments, lenders, contractors and suppliers and understands the drivers and constraints of all parties on major infrastructure projects. She was previously seconded as acting Head of Legal East Asia for a rail group and works efficiently alongside in-house legal and commercial teams.
Bree advises across asset class including on power (conventional and renewable), energy efficiency, oil & gas, water & waste, transport and commercial property projects. As part of a multi-law firm and industry team, Bree is working with TWI and IRENA to develop a standardized suite of documents to de-risk and decrease project and transaction costs to accelerate the development of solar PV projects globally.

Camille Levy
Camille is GE Steam Power’s APAC (Asia Pacific and China) Regional leader – in this role she drives growth and profitability for Steam Power in the region. Her team is the face of Steam Power to our customer in this region and are responsible for delivering the best technological solutions on time and on budget.
Camille has been with GE, and previously Alstom, for more than 10 years and has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility. In 2018, Camille led tendering for Clean Combustion, which includes the latest GE’s technology for boilers and emissions control systems for coal-fired power plants.
Chee Meng Tan
Chee Meng Tan is currently the Regional Segment Director for Water Utility segment as well as the Product Portfolio Director for Grundfos across Asia Pacific. In his role as the Product Portfolio Director, Chee Meng leads a team of Product Managers to support product development and chart the path of growth for the same within the region. As the Water Utility Segment Director, he oversees the planning and execution of the regional strategy for Water Utility business in the Asia Pacific region, which includes Water Supply, Water Treatment, Waste Water Transport (including Flood Control) and Waste Water Treatment.
Chris Huxley-Reynard
Chris Huxley-Reynard is the managing director of Reygar Ltd and the creator of the BareFLEET remote vessel monitoring system.
Chris has 15 years’ experience in the commercial marine and marine renewables industries. As a former founding director of Rolls Royce subsidiary Tidal Generation Ltd., he understands how to bring cutting edge R&D through to commercialisation. An aeronautical engineer by training, his broad experience in hydrodynamics, subsea electro-mechanical and software engineering, combined with his hands-on practical offshore experience, mean he brings a multi-disciplinary approach to solving engineering problems. Chris also lectures at Bristol University, England.
Christina Ng
Christina Ng is a Research and Stakeholder Engagement Leader, Debt Markets at the IEEFA. She oversees a team of financial analysts that provide debt market analysis covering the Asia Pacific. She also represents IEEFA at stakeholder forums. Her research of interest includes trends and issues in green and transition finance, policies and regulations, with a focus on the energy sector. As a former standard-setter in international financial reporting, Christina directed the research and analysis of accounting issues and financial statements crucial for the development and improvisation of standards to enable investors and other market participants to make informed financial decisions. She also advised stakeholders in the adoption and interpretation of standards and worked closely with global standard-setters, investors, regulators and public-listed corporations.
