Anton Finenko

Anton is the energy analyst with the Energy Studies Institute of the National University of Singapore. His areas of research include various aspects of the power generation sector including greenhouse gas emissions, ETS and renewable energy integration. He is currently working in research projects on carbon dioxide emissions from power generation in ASEAN and renewable energy integration policies in ASEAN and Singapore.

His research interests include interaction of power generation sector with electricity markets, renewable energy integration, and business models. Jacqueline is an Energy Analyst at the Energy Studies Institute of the National University of Singapore.

Arif Aga

Arif Aga, Director at SgurrEnergy, is a seasoned engineering consultant with over two decades of experience, having successfully led 150+ projects and contributed to developing more than 5,000 MW of renewable energy capacity across South Asia, Africa, USA, India, UK, and MENA. 

Aga has played a pivotal role in shaping strategies, expanding service offerings, and driving digital transformation across the organization’s six business verticals— covering energy advisory, design & engineering, project management, grid dynamics, ESG, and quality assurance. 

Arthur Mitchell

Mr. Mitchell has over thirty-eight years of experience, much of it in Asia and is one of the leading American lawyers specialising in investment and financing transactions around the world. Prior to joining White & Case in September 2007, he was General Counsel of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Mr. Mitchell, Senior Counselor in the Tokyo office of White & Case, is a frequent speaker on renewable energy issues.

Arun Kundu

Arun Kundu is Director of professional services (Asia-Pacific) global strategy at Verizon Enterprise Solutions. He has over 15 years of complex program management, consulting and delivery experience, focusing on technology and business strategy, along with deep experience in emerging technologies, services enablement, partner/channel enablement and complex transformations. Arun attended Insead and the London Business School’s Executive Education program, and holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from Warwick Business School in UK.

Avanthika Satheesh and Harsh Thacker are Senior Research Analysts, Energy & Environment, Asia Pacific in Frost & Sullivan. Avanthika has over four years of experience in the electrical power industry with a particular specialization in the areas of design engineering of Extra High Voltage substations in power transmission & distribution and renewable energy integration to power grid. While, Harsh has over four years of experience in the electrical power indusrty with a particular specialization in the areas of power distribution sector, market research and strategy consulting.

Barry Desker

Ambassador Barry Desker is the Dean of the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and concurrently Director, Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, NTU. He is the inaugural Bakrie Professor of Southeast Asia Policy. Ambassador Desker is a Member of the Presidential Council for Minority Rights, Singapore. He is also a Member of the Board of Directors of the Lee Kuan Yew Exchange Fellowship.
