Alexander Moskalenko is the President, CEO and founder of the GCE GROUP. He is also an Energy Engineer Emeritus  with over 30 years of professional experience.

Alice Gibson is the Principal Manager for Capacity Development at the Global CCS Institute. Based in Melbourne, Australia, she travels extensively in Asia to raise awareness of the technology and deliver CCS capacity development programs. 

Ambiyah Abdullah and Aisyah Fitri Azalia

Ambiyah Abdullah is a Senior Researcher in the Energy Modelling and Policy Planning (MPP) Department at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE). With over 8 years of professional experience conducting policy research on environment and climate change issues, she brings a multifaceted perspective on energy issues in ASEAN. 

Her current role at ACE is as a senior researcher who leads the Economics and Finance unit of the Energy Modelling and Policy Planning (MPP) department. Before joining ACE, she was a carbon pricing economist who worked on Article 6 assessment at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), Seoul, Korea. 

She also worked as a researcher at think tanks and research institutes in Japan (such as IGES and UNU-IAS). She holds a PhD degree in environmental economics from Nagoya University, Japan.

Aisyah Fitri Azalia is a Research Assistant in the Energy Modelling and Policy Planning (MPP) Department at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE). She is actively engaged in initiatives in advancing the ASEAN energy transition, with a particular focus on energy investment. 

Before joining ACE, she gained valuable experience at a maritime deep-tech R&D and solutions company, where she worked on floating offshore wind turbine technology. 

Aisyah earned her MSc in Renewable Energy in the Marine Environment through the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree Programme, completing studies at University College Cork (Ireland), the University of the Basque Country (Spain), and École Centrale de Nantes (France).

Amol Kotwal

Amol Kotwal is Associate Director for Energy & Power Systems Practice at Frost & Sullivan - South Asia, Middle East and North Africa.

Andrew Nicholls, Carolyn Dong, and Yao Chi

Andrew Nicholls is a Registered Foreign Lawyer in DLA Piper's Hong Kong Finance & Projects team. Carolyn Dong specializes in project financing (particularly in petrochemicals) and corporate/commercial work. Chi Yao is an associate at DLA Piper's Beijing office.

Anish De

Anish has over 25 years of all-encompassing experience in power sector consulting, specializing in energy market design, regulation, pricing, energy trading, renewable energy, fuels and utility regulation and transactions. He has worked both in conventional and renewable energy sectors at the national as well as international level. He has extensive experience of undertaking large programs, and successfully managed/executed and delivered similar assignments in the past. Internationally, he has worked across countries such as Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Iran, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Southern African Power Pool, and Turkey.
