Powerway wins EPC contract for 18MW Thai PV project

Powerway won the EPC contract for an 18MW PV plant in Thailand against off local and international competition.

The company was chosen for being innovative and for having stringent design protocols.

Powerway used its design technology in order to create mounting structures which combine robustness with an aesthetically pleasing design to suit the geographical conditions and the customer’s budgetary requirements.

It collaborated with an undisclosed thin-film module manufacturer and has supplied both mounting structures and PV modules for the project.

As an emerging and important market for the solar industry, companies have started to set up offices in Thailand to serve the growing South East Asian market.
