Tata Power's TP Saurya unveils 200 MW solar project
The project will generate power for Tata Power Trading Company.
Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited subsidiary TP Saurya commissioned its 200-megawatt (MW) solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
In a statement, Tata Power said the project is expected to generate 485 million units of energy annually for Tata Power Trading Company.
The project with over 523,000 modules installed is estimated to cut 388,000 tonnes of carbon footprint a year.

Tata Power said the project brings its total renewables capacity to 9,018 MW, which includes 4,547 MW of projects under different states of implementation.
Of the total capacity, 4,471 MW are operation, 3,44 MW of which are solar and 1,027 MW are wind.
