He has a degree in electrical engineering and MBA and holds Professional Engineer status in Canada and Chartered Engineer in UK. Dr Tyagi is presently designated as Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Human Resources & Organizational Behavior of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

Suwanto and Lintang Ambar Pramesti
Suwanto is currently a manager of the Fossil Fuels, Hydrocarbon and Minerals (FOM) Department at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) to support regional fossil fuels related works towards energy transition and sustainable development goals.
He has over 10 years of professional working experience in diverse domains, including non-renewable energy industries, renewable energy, and other low-carbon technologies, extending from profit-driven ventures to non-profit sectors and from business to research activities.
Suwanto holds a master’s degree from the University of Freiburg, Germany, majoring in Sustainable Systems Engineering.

Lintang Ambar Pramesti (Lintang) is a junior research analyst in the Fossil Fuels, Hydrocarbon, and Minerals (FOM) Department at the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE).
She is actively involved in various initiatives aimed at advancing the region’s energy transition, with a particular focus on CCS/CCUS technologies, clean coal technologies, and the integration of these technologies with policy and regulation.
Her passion lies in integrating earth science, climate change, energy, and sustainable planning and development. Before joining ACE, Lintang gained valuable experience at the Climate Change Centre at Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, where she also earned her BSc in Urban and Regional Planning.
Teoh Chee Seng
Teoh Chee Seng is a distinguished expert in the metering industry, specializing in technological advancements and technical integration across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
Holding a Master’s degree in Engineering and Technology Management from the University of South Australia, Teoh combines a strong academic foundation with practical expertise to deliver impactful, technology-driven solutions.
With strategic vision and deep technical acumen, Teoh has spearheaded initiatives to integrate cutting-edge metering technologies, as Sales Manager at CHINT Global International Pte Ltd. His work prominently includes advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and smart grid initiatives, revolutionising energy management and efficiency.
His proficiency in identifying new market opportunities, leading complex technical projects, and forging strategic technical partnerships highlights his role as a driving force in the evolution of the metering industry. His expertise also extends to smart street lighting solutions, leading innovations that enhance urban sustainability.
Teoh is widely recognised for his dedication to operational excellence and his innovative approach to addressing complex challenges. By leveraging technology-driven strategies, he consistently enhances efficiency and elevates customer satisfaction. His impactful contributions to metering technology and infrastructure, particularly in AMI and smart grids, solidify his reputation as a prominent leader in the industry.
Thomas Hagedorn
Thomas Hagedorn, Head of Sales GT Power Plant Solutions Asia and Pacific of Siemens Energy, has spent almost his whole working life in Asian countries, making him highly knowledgeable about the various cultures in Asia, living and working conditions there, and the power generation business.

Tim Buckley, Director Energy Finance Studies, Australia/South Asia with the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis (IEEFA) has 25 years of financial markets experience, specializing in equity valuation, including as a top-rated analyst and as co-founder and managing director of Arkx Investment Management.
Tim Camp
Tim is the Director of Turbine Engineering at LOC Renewables, a part of the premier international marine and engineering consultancy LOC Group. Prior to joining LOC Renewables, Tim spent 19 years at Garrad Hassan and DNV GL, where he led the Turbine Engineering team and was most recently DNV GL’s EMEA Business Development Director for energy advisory services.
Trung Ghi
Trung has more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector with half that time spent in consulting with a specific focus on advising the Asia Pacific / Australasian, Middle Eastern, and North American energy clients. He has advised clients on Energy Reform Strategy, Organizational Restructuring, Growth and Diversification Strategy, and Technology and Digital Strategy.
Recently, Trung has been developing strategies for energy companies across Southeast Asia on their decarbonisation strategy and energy transition roadmaps which includes developing the hydrogen, bio-fuels, nuclear, and convergence technologies. With this, Trung has advised clients in how to set up their new business capabilities and driving results through supporting their feasibility studies on pilot / demonstration plants within the region.
Prior to joining ADL, Trung worked in Schlumberger Business Consulting, Independent Project Analysis, and as an engineer for wireline services with Halliburton. Trung holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School. He also has a Mechanical and Space Engineering degree (Hons) at the University of Queensland.
