She previously spent 10 years at Rio Tinto, the world’s second largest metals and mining company, where her experience covered Canada, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Elise was Chief of Staff to Rio Tinto’s CFO and worked previously in treasury & corporate finance where she successfully led over US$20 billion of debt capital markets and committed bank debt transactions. Elise also advised Rio Tinto joint ventures in South Africa, Guinea and Canada on their financings and facilitated negotiations between commercial lenders and investors.

Fazal Othman Mohd Ghazali

Fazal has led various strategic business initiatives, and developed and implemented several energy projects, both fossil and renewable, across Asia.
He has worked substantially with regulators, policy-makers, investors and financial institutions at different levels and regions.
Fazal holds a MSc in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London, BS (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University in New York City, and Certificate in Advanced Management Program from INSEAD.
