South Korea, Colombia to boost green energy cooperation

South Korea and Colombia agreed to strengthen cooperation in the eco-friendly green energy sector, reports Yonhap News.

 

e two countries will start with joint pilot projects in solar energy and wind farming.

Under a memorandum of understanding signed by South Korea's Commerce and Energy Minister Choi Joong-kyung and Colombia's Energy Minister Carlos Enrique Rodado, the countries agreed to increase their ties in the renewable energy and energy service industries.
