Citicore Energy REIT’s earnings reach PHP 358m in Q1
Its stable performance was backed by a strong base lease.
Citicore Energy REIT Corp. (CREIT) has reported a net income of $6.42m (PHP 358m) in the first quarter of 2025.
In a bourse filing, the company said this was recorded following a stable revenue of $8.46m (PHP 472m). This performance was attributed to a base lease of $7.51m (PHP 419m), which grew 2% from last year.
The company’s 14 assets, totalling a gross leasable space of 7.1 million square meters, are leased out to solar operators and developers.
CREIT declared Q1 dividends of PHP 0.049 per share on 9 May.
