Philippine IPP AC Energy eyes Vietnam renewables projects

It's currently in talks with potential local partners.

AC Energy is mulling over venturing into Vietnam's renewable energy space as the country has recently released its feed-in tariff incentive for solar and wind projects.

John Eric T. Francia, AC Energy's CEO, said that they are talking to potential partners in Vietnam and that the company is busy with early business development works.

Vietnam is offering a solar FiT of 9.35 US cents per kWh and almost 8 US cents for wind.
