Oyster Renewable taps Suzlon for 201.6 MW wind project

This will feature over 60 wind turbines.

Oyster Renewable has partnered with Suzlon Group for the development of a 201.6 megawatt  (MW) wind project in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Under the agreement, Suzlon will supply 64 S144 wind turbine generators with Hybrid Lattice Towers (HLT), each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW.

The latest addition brings Suzlon's partnership with Oyster Renewable to 283.5 MW in Madhya Pradesh.

Siddharth Bhatia, Managing Director, Oyster Renewable said the company aims “to continue exploring such partnerships to contribute significantly towards India's 2030 renewable energy goal of 500 GW capacity.”
