ACME Solar opens IPO

Price band has a maximum value of INR 289 per equity share.

ACME Solar on Wednesday launched its initial public offering at a price band ranging from INR 275 to INR 289 per equity share of face value of INR 2 each.  

The company said bids can be made for a minimum of 51 equity shares and in multiples of 51 equity shares after.

The maiden offering will close on 8 November.

ACME Solar is an independent power producer based in India. Its projects include over 3,000 megawatts (MW) of solar plants across 11 states, 1,130 MW of hybrid projects, and 150 MW of wind power projects.
