Harbour takes over Nopporn Suppipat’s stake in Wind Energy Holding

The transfer includes his beneficial stake in Golden Music Limited.

UK investor Harbour has taken over all rights and interests previously held by Nopporn “Nick” Suppipat and his affiliated companies in Wind Energy Holding Co. Ltd (WEH).

The deal includes Suppipat’s beneficial interest in Golden Music Limited (GML), a Hong Kong-incorporated company that owns 38% of WEH. GML remains under independent, court-appointed receivership.

With the transfer complete, Suppipat has fully exited WEH and all related litigation in multiple jurisdictions. He no longer holds any financial interest in WEH or in disputes connected to its ownership.

WEH is Thailand’s leading domestic wind power producer and is expected to contribute to the country’s goal of sourcing 51% of its electricity from renewable energy by 2037.
