BYD launches test-run of electric bus in Bangalore, India

It will be tried for 3 months.

BYD, a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, launched a test-run of the 40-foot tall electric bus in Bangalore, India. Bangalore is the country's first zero-emissions public transport hub.

The electric bus is powered through BYD's iron-phosphate batteries. The test-run will last for three months ans will be operated by Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation.
