According to Reuters, Vietnam’s power plant will receive $309.9 million loan as approved by ADB.

Citing an ADB statement, Reuters noted that the project may cost around $793.5 m and is expected to be complete by June 2016.

Vietnam will need around $48.8 billion from now until 2020 to build power plants and bring generation capacity to 75,000 megawatts, according to Reuters.
