Its two power plants have a power generation capacity of 100 megawatts.
Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation’s AEOLUS SAS (AEOLUS) has completed two solar power plants in the Republic of Tunisia.
These two power plants represent Eurus's first renewable energy projects in Tunisia and are also the first investment projects since the establishment of AEOLUS.
The power plants are located in Sidi Bouzid Governorate and Tozeur Governorate, respectively, and have power generation capacity of 50 megawatts (60 megawatts peak) each, for a total of 100 MW (120 MWp).
Together, the power plants will supply electricity equivalent to the consumption of approximately 120,000 households in Tunisia.
Operations will be carried out by operating companies jointly owned by AEOLUS with a 49% stake and Scatec ASA, a Norwegian renewable energy solutions provider, with a 51% stake.
Commercial operation of the Sidi Bouzid Mezzouna PV Power commenced on 1 January 2026, followed by Tozeur PV Power on 4 March 2026.
