Hyundai to market hydrogen fuel cell car by 2014

Prepares to become first car maker to mass produce these cars. South Korean car maker Hyundai Motor Company is preparing to launch a hydrogen-powered vehicle equipped with an indigenous hydrogen fuel cell developed by the company. Hyundai believes Korea’s commercial market is cars powered by hydrogen fuel cells. Hyundai’s hydrogen fuel cell car is expected to be sold at a lower price than that a Japanese competitor and will be marketed before hydrogen-powered vehicles from other car makers.
