lndraprastha Gas eyes setting up solar plant in Rajasthan

This will be under a joint venture with RVUNL.

lndraprastha Gas Limited’s (IGL) board has approved the establishment of a solar plant in the State of Rajasthan.

In a bourse filing, the company said this will be through a joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited, with an estimated equity investment of INR 382 crores by IGL.

The proposed investment is subject to the execution of a definitive agreement whose terms and conditions are to be mutually agreed upon, and fulfillment of other terms and conditions precedent for the proposed investment.
