Radiation continues to leak at Fukushima plant

Radioactive water continues to leak at Fukushima plant bringing radioactive iodine levels at 4,385 times the limit.

According to BBC, radiation was also found for the first time in groundwater 15m below the plant's No 1 reactor.

To date, over 70,000 people have been evacuated from a 20km zone surrounding the plant.

The leakage is expected to affect drinking water if concentrations are high enough.
