NTPC snags consultancy contract for 500MW solar park in Mali

It received an award letter from the ambassador of Mali and the government.

India’s state-owned NTPC has been awarded a project management consultancy contract for the development of a 500MW solar park in the Republic of Mali, the company announced in a press release.

The Minister of State for Power R. K Singh and Ambassador of Mali, H.E. Sekou Kasse handed over the award letter to CMD NTPC in an event hosted by the International Solar Alliance (ISA) in New Delhi.

In 2019, ISA endorsed NTPC as a project management consultant. Earlier, the Republic of Togo engaged NTPC for similar PMC support for the development of a 285MW solar park in Togo.
