The 17th Asian Power Awards is now accepting nominations

The deadline for sending entries is on 20 August 2021.

The power sector has gone through a challenging transformation in the past months with the continued push for renewables and accelerated digital transformation due to limits caused by the current crisis. Industry players are now, more than ever, focusing on developing their business models to be more sustainable, and are leveraging the available and emerging technological solutions to adapt to the challenging climate.

With this, the sector’s most prestigious awards programme is back on its 17th year to accept nominations from outstanding power companies.

Dubbed as “the Oscars” of the power industry, the Asian Power Awards will once again recognise ground-breaking projects and trailblazing initiatives in the power sector in Asia.

The nominations will be judged by an elite panel of judges from top accounting firms and experts in the region’s power sector. Last year, the awards programme, held digitally, honoured around 50 companies that celebrated their well-deserved awards.
