GPSC and Keppel partner on Energy-as-a-Service initiatives

The collaboration will focus on CaaS solutions, renewable energy, and EV charging platform developments.

Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (GPSC) has partnered with Keppel Ltd to focus on advancing Energy-as-a-Service business initiatives.

Under the business collaboration agreement, both parties will focus on three areas, namely Cooling as a Service (CaaS) in Thailand and India, renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia, and EV charging platform developments between Thailand and Singapore.

Meanwhile, the subsidiaries of both parties, Combined Heat and Power Producing Co., Ltd. (CHPP) and Keppel EaaS (Thailand), will jointly operate a new venture.

The joint venture will focus on developing CaaS solutions, including district and retail cooling systems in Thailand.
