ACME Solar’s net profit surges to INR 112 crore in Q3 FY 2025

ACME Solar has reported a net profit of INR 112 crore in the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, surging 152.1% from a year earlier.

In a bourse filing, the company also said its revenue during the period was up 9.9% to INR 401 crore.

ACME Solar has commissioned the 1,200 megawatt (MW) SECI plant, taking its operational portfolio to 2,540 MW. The operational portfolio is expected to give a steady state annual EBITDA of INR 1,750 crore to INR 1,800 crore.

The company has also secured 100% grid connectivity for UC capacity and additional 2,000 MW of applied/secured connectivity.

In the first nine months of the fiscal year, ACME Solar generated 2,499 million units, up 34.5% from the previous year.  Its capacity utilisation factor also increased to 23.7% in the same period.
