No concrete plan yet for ONGC Green listing

A green energy portfolio is currently being built.

State-owned ONGC has clarified that there are still no clear plans regarding the likely public listing of its green energy arm ONGC Green Limited.

“Any decision regarding a public listing remains for the future as and when decided by ONGC Board. At present, no concrete plans have been made for a listing,” it said in a bourse filing.

The company said so far, it is in the process of building a green energy portfolio.
