RATCH Group forms new renewable energy unit

The subsidiary will support clean power expansion.

RATCH Group Public Company Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has registered the establishment of a new renewable energy unit.

In a statement, RATCH Group said Ratchaburi Energy Company Limited registered the formation of RE Green Energy Company Limited “to support the Group’s investment expansion plan in the renewable energy sector.”

The new subsidiary has a registered capital of THB 1,000,000, comprising 100,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 10 per share. Its source of funds is the working capital of Ratchaburi Energy.
