Adani Power expands global footprint with new Abu Dhabi unit

It will focus on power and infrastructure investments.

India’s Adani Power has announced the incorporation of its subsidiary Adani Power Middle East Ltd in Abu Dhabi on 26 August.

In a regulatory filing, the company said its Abu Dhabi arm was registered as an investment holding company that will inject capital in power, infrastructure, and related fields. 

Adani Power Middle East has an authorised capital of 27,000 shares at $1 each. The entire share capital in the incorporated company is held by Adani Power.
