BGR Energy to supply super critical boilers to NTPC

BGR Energy will supply two 660 MW super critical boilers valued at Rs 1,855 crore to NTPC's project
in Solapur, Maharashtra.

 

A 'Letter of Award' was received by BGR Energy from the National Thermal Power Corporation.

The execution period of the contract is 48 months, it said.

"This order is a breakthrough of great significance to the company as we enter supercritical power equipment space with first contract from NTPC, the largest utility in India", BGR Energy Chairman and Managing Director B G Raghupathy said.
