How e-bikes serve as an emergency electricity generator
A fully-charged e-bike could power the lights and two freezers in a convenience store for 3 to 4 hours.
A Vietnamese e-bike community uses e-bikes to provide electricity for up to four hours in small businesses in case of blackouts.
In a statement, local brand Dat Bike said that its The Weaver ++ motorcycle series, which can travel distances of up to 200 kilometres on a single charge, can convert the energy from its battery into a 220-volt power source using a power inverter of 1,000 watts or 2,000 watts.

The e-bike could hold up to five kilos of electricity which translates to four hours of power generation with the 1,000 watts power inverter and two hours with a 2,000 watts power inverter.
