SBI Capital to help NBPPL identify third partner

 

SBI Capital is likely to be appointed by the JV company, NTPC-BHEL Power Projects Private Limited, as consultant by March.



It will act  as a guide for National Thermal Power Corporation and Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, the existing partners.

The power ministry has asked the two central firms to complete the entire process in due time.

The third partner will bring in much-needed expertise and funds for the manufacture of mainly critical balance of plant equipment, such as coal and ash handling plants.
