JERA and Lotte Fine Chemical to develop low carbon fuel value chains

Part of the collaboration involves standardising commercial frameworks for low carbon fuels.

JERA Co., Inc. (JERA) has announced a joint collaboration agreement with Lotte Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (LFC) to develop low-carbon fuel value chains.

Both companies will work together to standardise commercial frameworks for low carbon fuels and optimise their respective ammonia portfolios by enhancing operational flexibility through joint studies.

The partnership also includes efforts to engage with both Japanese and South Korean governments to establish and expand the low-carbon fuel value chain.
