The agreement between the British company NICG and Dezhou City aims to globalise the achievements of Dezhou. After touring facilities in Dezhou, Lord Prsecott said, “With the scale of developments in Dezhou it is heading to be the leading global new energy city. It is a shining example of how new energy can create thriving industry and millions of jobs.” Lord Prescott is in China preparing for the next UN climate change conference in Cancun in Mexico. Recently, he was a keynote speaker at the Economist China Summit and today he was in Dezhou.
