The project is projected to begin operations by end-2025.

Alterenergy, through its subsidiary Alabat Wind Power Corporation (AWPC), signed an interconnection agreement with the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) for the grid connection of its wind power project in Quezon Province.

In a disclosure, Alternergy said the agreement will signify the offtake of renewable energy from the Alabat Wind Power Project through NGCP’s 69-kilovolt Hondagua transmission line in Lopez, Quezon.
