Adani Energy’s transmission network up 30% in Q4 FY 2025

Thanks to new order wins.

Adani Energy Solutions has reported a 30% increase in its transmission network length, reaching 26,696 circuit kilometre (ckm) in the fourth quarter (Q4) of fiscal year (FY) 2025.

“New order wins led to an increase in the transmission network, highlighting strong bidding capabilities and robust underlying opportunity,” the company said in a bourse filing.

Adani Energy added 140 ckm to its total transmission network. During the period, it maintained a system availability of 99.7%.

In Q4, the company secured two new transmission projects - Navinal (Mundra) Phase I Part-B 1 and Mahan Transmission with a project cost of INR 2,800 crore and INR 2,200 crore, respectively.

The transmission under-construction order book rose by 3.5x to INR 59,936 crore at the start of the year, boosted by higher bidding activity.

In terms of project progress, the company has completed the stringing work of Khavda Phase II Part-A and KPS-1 Once the remaining elements are completed by the end of April 2025, the projects will be fully commissioned.

The share of renewable power supplied to the Mumbai circle stands at 36% as of 31 March 2025 and is on track to achieve 60% by FY 2027.
