Australia to upgrade Central-West Orana RE Zone with $6m pledge
It will be used to upgrade 13 local projects.
Australia’s Minns Labour Government is injecting another $6m to upgrade community facilities across the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ).
It will be used to upgrade 13 local projects, including community spaces such as schools, childcare centres, youth centres, sporting fields, and community halls.
These grants are part of the Minns Labour Government’s larger $128m investment for community benefits in the area.
More funding will be made available over the next three decades, generated from fees paid by projects with an access right to connect to the REZ network infrastructure.
