Jilin Power to acquire more wind power assets

 

Jilin Power will acquire 100 percent equity stakes in both Mengdong Xiehe Zhenlai First Wind Power and Second Wind Power.



The assets value of Mengdong First Wind Power and Second Wind power are estimated at US$13.24 million and US$14.22 million, respectively.

Mengdong First Wind Power and Second Wind Power will each install 33 wind turbines, with installed capacity of 49.5 megawatts.

Jilin Power Share said that the acquisition from Mengdong Xiehe New Energy will help it to adjust its business structure to focus on clean energy, increasing its installed capacity of clean energy from the current 198 MW to 297 MW.

Jilin Power Share previously acquired 51 percent stakes in two wind power companies in Jilin.
