The Unit VII of NTPC`s Korba project in Chhattisgarh achieved full load within a record one-month time from the date of synchronisation.
The 500MW unit was synchronised with the grid on November 25.
The Korba project has three units of 200 MW each in Stage I and another three units of 500 MW each in Stage II.
