The bids are included in the preliminary list made by the government.

Alternergy Holdings Corporation has announced that five of its qualified bids for three renewable technologies were successful under the Philippines’ 4th Green Energy Auction (GEA).

In a statement, the company said the projects include one onshore wind project in Luzon, a second onshore wind project in Visayas, two floating solar projects in Luzon, and one solar plus energy storage project in Mindanao.

“We are delighted to learn of our successful participation under the DOE’s Green Energy Auction”, said Gerry Magbanua, president of Alternergy.
