ReNew energy profit doubles to $111m in FY2026 as revenue climbs 39%
Annual gains contrast with weaker final quarter performance.
India's ReNew Energy Global Plc reported a doubled net profit to $111m for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026, compared with $49m a year earlier, according to its unaudited IFRS results.
Total income rose to $1.61b in financial year (FY) 2026 from $1.16b in FY 2025, whilst adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to $1.05b from $844m over the same period.
Revenue from the sale of power was $940 m in FY 2026, compared with $870 m in FY 2025.
Revenue from external sales of solar module and cell manufacturing operations was $447m in FY 2026, compared with $141m in FY 2025.
Net profit from manufacturing operations was $94m, compared with $28m, whilst adjusted EBITDA was $158m, compared with $45m.
In the fourth quarter (Q4) of FY 2026, net profit dropped sharply to $8m from $33m.
Quarterly total income increased to $421m from $367m, whilst adjusted EBITDA was $252m, compared with $236m.
Revenue from external sales of solar module and cell manufacturing operations in Q4 FY 2026 was $127m, compared with $106m in Q4 FY 2025.
Net profit from manufacturing operations in the quarter was $21m, compared with $23m, whilst adjusted EBITDA was $43m, compared with $39m.
